When will the snot end?

Really. If it’s not Grace’s, then it’s mine. She was sick yet again, and then it was Mommy’s turn. Lucky for her she gets to stay home and get anything, and I do mean anything she wants. We love her and spoil her until she’s better. But when I’m sick I get to go to work, take care of Grace until Jared can relieve me, then there are grocery trips, dirty bottles and laundry. I have made a decision, Mommy’s not getting sick anymore. I’m done, plus I don’t have time for it anyway. The only thing that makes me feel better is that Grace is feeling better and really when she’s happy, we’re all happy. Even when she’s sick and running fever, she still has a smile on her face, and most of the time, she’s in a good enough mood to play.
There’s still one thing that’s troubling me. Why is it that a kid can be running fever, running fever, you take then to the doctor, and magically no fever. But the second you pull in the driveway at home the fever comes back. I think they’re pumping a Tylenol concoction out the air vents at the pediatrician’s office. Really.

I've often wondered that myself...I think you may be on to something with your theory! Thats the best one I've heard thus far. Hope Miss Grace has a great Valentine's!
