Growing so Big

Grace loves her Oakley kisses, but Oakley loves them more!



Grace seems to be growing at the speed of light now. She's gets sweeter and more fun everyday. She smiles all the time, especially when she wakes up in the morning. And she's becoming quite the little flirt, but mostly with Daddy so it's okay. We can't wait until she's sleeping through the night, but neither one of us wants her to grow up to fast. She's our little angel and we're going to keep her that way as long as possible.

Happy Mother's Day to me!

So May 11th was my first Mother's Day and I couldn't have been more excited. I never could have imagined I would love being a mom so much. Before Grace, it was always a compromise with Jared, but now it's Grace's way or no way, and that's just fine with us. I have never been so happy; I love my little girl. She has changed Jared and me in ways I never dreamed and I am a better person because of her. I will work everyday to continue to be a better mom, so all of her memories are happy ones. No matter what, I will give her all the love in the world and good things she deserves. Thank you Jared and Grace for making me a mommy; you are my heart.

Happy Birthday Daddy

Today was Jared's birthday! Grace loved it. She got her own present for the special day; an I love Daddy onesie. She also had fun helping Dad blow out his candles on his cookie cake from the Great American Cookie Company. According to Jared there is no other option for cookie cake, and it's his birthday so Jared gets what Jared wants. And I enjoy getting it for him.
